The new National Bank Center in Woodlands, Texas, will open on Oct. 7, 2019, according to a document seen by Newsweek.
The new building will serve as the new home of the new “National Mall,” which will be renamed the “World Trade Center.”
The new “World’s Fair” theme park, which will open in 2020, will also be a part of the National Mall, according a memo from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to the Federal Reserve Board.
The World’s Fair is scheduled to open in 2021, with the park expected to open sometime after 2021.
The National Mall’s new entrance, which is set to open to the public on Nov. 15, 2020, is currently scheduled to close on July 30, 2020.
Newsweek has obtained a copy of the FEMA memo, which indicates the new entrance will be open to visitors on Oct 15, 2019.
The FEMA memo also indicates that “the new National Center will be able to accommodate the anticipated expansion of the current World Trade Center site to accommodate additional tenants,” which was previously confirmed by FEMA in May 2018.
In a press release, FEMA said it would also “provide for the closure of several other sites, including the U.S. Courthouse Building and the U-Haul Company Store.”
Newsweek previously reported that the new World Trade Centers will include a “multi-level retail and office complex” and will feature a “multifamily residence, commercial and industrial office space, and residential and retail units.”
Newsweek reached out to the FEMA office for comment but did not receive a response by press time.
The New York Times reports that the Federal Aviation Administration has approved the construction of the $1.6 billion World Trade Towers and the Federal Trade Commission has given the green light for the construction and operation of the World Trade Tower’s retail mall.
A spokesperson for the FAA told Newsweek, “We’ve been working closely with the National Park Service to complete the approvals and plans for the WorldTrade Center.
The FAA is coordinating with FEMA to make sure that any new WorldTrade Towers go ahead as planned.
In addition, the FAA is working with the FAA and FEMA to ensure the safety and security of the public.”
The US is now one of the last nations to open its new “national monuments” at the start of the Trump Administration, in an effort to protect the country from any potential attacks.
A monument in Utah is set for opening in 2018, but it was initially postponed due to a high cost for building the monument, according Reuters.
The Utah monument is the first such monument in the United States, but there are many others, including at Yellowstone National Park and at the Grand Canyon in Arizona.
The US Supreme Court last year struck down the ban on monuments in the US, stating that monuments can be built “in the public interest, and should be permitted for purposes of historic preservation.”
