The NorthPark mall is undergoing a $200 million renovation plan that would see the mall’s main entrance and retail section expanded, while a second mall will be added to the site.
The $200-million project, which is in the early stages of construction, could cost up to $600 million.
It will also include a $40 million renovation of the NorthPark Marketplace, which includes new food court, new movie theaters, and new offices.
The new mall will have a new floor-to-ceiling store front that will include an expanded restaurant, retail space, and outdoor areas.
The mall has been undergoing renovation since it opened in 2009.
The mall has an average of 11,500 visitors a day.
