Galleria mall is a dangerous place.
In the past two years, a gunman has killed seven people and wounded five others in the mall, where patrons gather to watch movies and listen to music.
It’s a scene that would have been unimaginable if guns were legal in the malls in the United States.
Nowhere in the country is guns legal.
And in some states, they are prohibited.
But in some parts of the country, people are allowed to have guns in some parks.
Here’s how to keep yourself safe when you’re at the mall.
The rules on gun ownership and possession at malls The rules are different in states with more open carry and gun rights.
The New York City Council voted unanimously in 2016 to lift the ban on guns in parks and other public places in the city.
But the council did not explicitly allow guns in malls.
“We have an ordinance that applies to the general public,” said Councilman Scott Stringer, a Democrat who chairs the city council.
“The general public is allowed to walk around with firearms, but we have to ensure that there’s no risk to other people.”
Stringer said the city does not have a ban on carrying guns in public places.
In Massachusetts, however, a group called the Massachusetts Citizens Defense League has proposed a law that would bar guns from all areas of public parks.
It would also ban the sale of firearms in bars, theaters, restaurants and public parks, among other places.
“I would be very concerned if I walked into the public park in New York, and I saw a gun,” said Chris Fazio, a Boston-based gun rights activist who has been lobbying for a gun-free-zone law in Massachusetts.
“It’s dangerous to walk into a public park and have a gun.
It could be an accident.
It can be deadly.”
In Massachusetts and New York State, guns are banned in the state parks, including in certain areas of malls.
In other states, guns can be carried in the public places, but it is up to individual cities to decide whether or not to allow it.
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has said that he does not want guns on the grounds of public spaces, but his office has not ruled out the possibility.
The law that the New York and Massachusetts groups are advocating for is called the “shall issue” law.
It allows gun owners to carry concealed firearms on public or private property, but does not specifically prohibit gun ownership.
The NRA, which is lobbying against it, says the bill is intended to prevent mass shootings at the movies, concerts and sporting events that happen regularly in cities.
The gun lobby’s position on the law is supported by a number of groups.
“Any law that prohibits or restricts the possession of a firearm by people with a reasonable belief that it is necessary to defend themselves or their families from a deadly or serious threat, is constitutional,” said James Carville, president of the gun lobby group Everytown for Gun Safety.
The group has been fighting the bill in New Jersey for years.
“Gun control is the biggest loser,” said Carville.
“New Jersey is the number one state that has a gun registry and that has allowed the state to confiscate guns for years and years and the NRA’s got no problem with that.
They have a real issue with it.”
Carville also pointed out that a lot of guns are being bought at gun shows, which has a long history of causing problems.
“In this country, it’s not just a matter of law and order, it is a matter if people are armed,” said David Kopel, a law professor at Boston University and author of a book on the subject.
He pointed to the case of a man who had been arrested in Massachusetts for selling guns.
“What we’re seeing in the American legal system right now is a case where a person who is convicted of a felony, they have the right to have a firearm and they are going to a gun show,” said Kopel.
“They have no problem doing that.”
If you’re in a mall, don’t let anyone get close to you, even if they have guns The same laws in some other states that allow guns on public places also apply to the malls.
The states with a law requiring gun owners in the open are Maryland, Virginia, Illinois, New York state, Colorado and Arizona.
It also applies to other places in America where gun owners are permitted to be, including the states of Florida, Florida, Illinois and New Mexico.
But some states have adopted restrictions on guns that make them legal in some places, while prohibiting others.
In Maryland, a man can legally carry a concealed weapon in the back of a car, even though it would not be legal in most public places like malls.
But a woman in Virginia can’t.
And New York requires a permit for a person to carry a firearm on public property, which makes it legal to carry it in certain public areas, but illegal in others.
