VANCOUVER — The Vancouver mall has lost its downtown landmark and a downtown grocery store that was its heartland.
The mall will be demolished and replaced with a mixed-use building.
It will be called the Biltmore Resort, but it will be known as the Vancouver Centre Mall.
Vancouver’s mall was one of the city’s most important cultural attractions and the city was built around it.
In 2014, Vancouver’s former mayor said the mall was too small, but the new project will be much bigger.
“Vancouver has been struggling for decades to attract investment,” said Steve Stintz.
His successor has said it needs to attract more developers to the city and to the mall.
But for now, the mall is losing its character.
Its facade was once the centerpiece of downtown Vancouver.
Now, the city is planning to demolish the mall and replace it with a multi-million dollar, luxury hotel, condos, restaurants and retail.
The city has a history of tearing down historic buildings, but nothing like this.
A massive storm blew through downtown Vancouver in 2015, and then-Mayor Gregor Robertson took office.
Robertson and his team of developers wanted to turn the city into a tourist destination.
They wanted to build a shopping mall, but their plan was never going to happen.
Instead, they started a project to rebuild the mall, with the help of a $100 million bond issued by the province.
And so, after more than two years, the plan finally went forward in 2016.
This was the first project to take shape, and the developers said it would transform the mall from a shopping complex to a residential community.
Why is this project happening?
As of now, there is only one planned retail space in the mall: a grocery store, a grocery and a pharmacy.
That store is in the basement of the mall building.
There will be two retail spaces above that, and a grocery in the front of the building, which is where the new hotel will be located.
When the new store opens, the store will be able to sell a variety of products from a variety that’s currently available in the building.
There are no plans for restaurants, but that is still being planned.
There are plans for a restaurant that would serve as a community centre, and another for a new cafe.
All of the retail spaces will be open to the public.
Who will pay for the project?
At the time of the planning, the developers were asking for $100m in bonds to rebuild Vancouver.
They were trying to raise $10 million to build it.
But the province gave them a little less than that.
After a year of delays, the government finally approved the $100 mln in funding.
The project is expected to cost about $7.8 billion.
How much will it cost?
About $10 billion.
It will cost about 1,500 homes, more than 30,000 square feet of retail space and a hotel.
So how will the hotel be different?
It is still a hotel, but with a new look and a new name.
People are expecting it to be a place to live, to shop, to have a coffee shop.
That is the plan.
The hotel will have more than 100 beds.
